Payment Confirmation  

Upon successful authorization and verification of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that once payment is verified, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Rest assured, we are committed to assisting you to the best of our ability within this timeframe.  

Processing  

Your order typically requires 1 to 3 business days for processing. Please note that this timeframe excludes holidays and weekends. Orders with items prepared within 24 hours can be shipped out the next day.  

Shipping  

Your shipment typically arrives within 7 to 12 business days after dispatch to destination countries. Upon shipping, you'll receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please remember: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.  

Delivery  

To track your order, simply click on tracking number in your email for real-time updates on your shipment.  

Shipping Delays  

Shipping time begins from the date of shipping, not the order date, and may exceed the expected timeframe due to factors like invalid addresses or customs clearance. While most deliveries occur within 10-30 days, we provide compensation for shipping delays beyond our stated timeframe. If your package doesn't arrive within the specified time, please contact us via email within 2 months of shipment. Our representative will respond within 24 hours. Thank you for your understanding.
